Crystelle Creek Restaurant - Authentic Gatlinburg Dining with Scenic Creek Views and Exceptional Service

05/09/2025 we took relatives to this wonderful restaurant. John E was our waiter. He provided us excellent service and he had a great attitude. We were seated by the back window where we could see the creek flowing by. Our fried mushrooms appetizers were excellent. The prime rib was cooked perfectly. The sweet potato fries were delicious. The salmon and rice were great and the chicken entree was also wonderful. We had such a nice dining experience. I can't wait for our next visit.

The view is beautiful. The staff is warm, welcoming and very accommodating. We had 7 guests and every meal and beverage was perfect, exactly as listed in the menu which is amazing for our pickier eaters. It has free parking and just outside of the main strip makes it perfect for a relaxing meal after a busy day.

Greeted when we got in and seated very quickly. Server was awesome. Very friendly and informative. Ordered two drinks and two steaks. Drinks were very strong. We had a Top Shelf Long Island Tea and a Lemon Drop. I had no complaints but my woman said the drink was too strong for her. . Steaks were ordered medium and a medium well. Mine came out medium well and hers was well done so they were both overcooked. I ate mine anyway. It was pretty good. The server came over and took my woman's to have them cook it over. The re-done steak was absolutely perfect. Melt in your mouth tender. She was very satisfied. I would highly recommend this place as the food and service was great ..

We thoroughly enjoyed this local spot!! Once again met a few friendly residents too! The scenery, the customer service, the food… needless to say we came back and I was so taken aback by the scenery .. yall I forgot to take pictures of the catfish nuggets lol GET THEM!! Y’all sooo good, and made with love we had ribs (eat with or without the sauce .. you won’t be disappointed), the chicken sandwich (), sweet potato fries, burger (tasted as if it was fresh from the grill ) and like I said the CATFISH NUGGETS lol Everything was made with love. If in Gatlinburg, we will definitely be back!

We had dinner here tonight and it was wonderful. There was no wait and the restaurant was very clean. Our meals came out quickly and were very tasty! I especially enjoyed the cocktails

Just on the edge of downtown, tucked away a bit off the road beside a dollar general was the most fantastic little restaurant. The ambiance from outside to inside was purely blissful. We went right in the sweet spot between late lunch and start of dinner. We had the entire restaurant to ourselves for a while. Our server was a true gentleman and the fact he acknowledged my children was a big deal for me. He was sweet, knowledgeable to the area, and the food. Oh my I got the Chicago steak and I will never forget that meal. 10 stars if I could. Their homemade tea and lemonade was superb. The NY strip was perfection, I stole a bite or two from the old man lol I couldn't resist! The kids and grandma got chicken strips and salads and they couldn't finish them! We had leftovers for later! Id go again the next time I'm in the area for sure! The prices were on point for any steakhouse our group of 6 was under 200. So please go check out this hidden gem.

Wish I had taken a picture of the cheese curds! We had a great dinner. Josh G. was over the top kind, knowledgeable, and attentive. There was a wedding going on at the same time and you wouldn't have known. Everything was so good!
